Another soccer player

"Though I thought I felt slight movement a week ago, I wasn’t entirely sure. However, I can safely say that it was true because today’s movements matched those of last week, just more pronounced and more frequent. This is a little later than last time, but my theory is that I’m more active and not sitting at a desk all day. OR maybe this baby is just “cooking” at a more “on-time” rate and will be born closer to the due date.

Back to the good stuff: BITB was definitely moving around this morning. It feels like when your stomach does a little drop on a roller coaster or from a quick bump in the road. However, there is actual pressure causing the drop sensation and not just gravity. Maybe it's like having a die (as in one dice) in your uterus that occasionally turns. The “kicks” are mostly on my right side, not too frequent or prolonged, but enough that when I notice it I have time to put my hand on my belly and feel it a few more times.

And tonight, while BITB was rolling around a bit I tried to get Ross to feel it. He placed his hand on my belly and twice asked, “Was that it?” I couldn’t rightly say because I didn’t feel anything myself. But then he said, “WOW!” in awe; both of us felt that one! BITB just wanted Daddy to join in the fun I guess."
